Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy on used or opened items to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product was incorrectly delivered or arrived damaged/defective (photo evidence required).

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Products that have been tampered with or are not in their original condition.

  • Items returned without prior approval from our team.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Provide Proof
Attach clear photos showing the product’s condition, especially for damaged or incorrect items.

Step 3: Await Approval & Instructions
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and return shipping details.

Step 4: Ship the Item
Return the item in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

🚚 Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are incorrect or damaged.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria.

4. Important Notes

  • Fragrance Sensitivity: Scent preferences are subjective. We cannot accept returns based on personal dislike of a fragrance. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • Delivery Issues: If your order is lost or delayed, contact our support team for assistance.
