3Orders & payment

3.1By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms & Conditions.

3.2All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, where applicable.

3.3We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, EFT, and online payment gateways. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

3.4In the event of fraudulent activity or suspected misuse, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the payment.

4Shipping & delivery

4.1We offer shipping within South Africa, and delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.

4.2Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

4.3We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

5Returns & refunds

5.1We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

5.2Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5.3For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.

6Consumer protection & compliance

6.1Zero21 complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, ensuring your rights as a consumer are upheld.

6.2If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof for assessment.
