Products & Availability

2.1. All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

2.2. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images; however, variations may occur due to factors such as screen display differences.

Orders & Payment

3.1. By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms & Conditions.

3.2. All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, where applicable.

3.3. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, EFT, and online payment gateways. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

3.4. In the event of fraudulent activity or suspected misuse, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the payment.

Shipping & Delivery

4.1. We offer shipping within South Africa, and delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.

4.2. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

Returns & Refund

5.1. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

5.2. Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5.3. For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.

Consumer Protection & Compliance

6.1. Zero21 complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, ensuring your rights as a consumer are upheld.

6.2. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof for assessment.

7.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

7.2. Your personal data will only be used for order processing, customer service, and marketing communications (if you opt in).

Zero21 is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by the use of our products.

10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled in accordance with South African consumer laws and regulations.
